Return & Exchange Policy
Because each Malibu Soul piece is handmade to order, we want you to love what you receive.
Eligibility: Unworn, undamaged pieces in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for exchange or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom, personalized, or resized jewelry, as well as final sale items, are not eligible for return.
Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@malibusoulfinejewelry.com for a Return Authorization. Returns must be shipped back insured and with tracking. Malibu Soul is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refunds: Once inspected, eligible returns will be credited as store credit or exchanged. Shipping and duties are non-refundable.
Repair Policy
At Malibu Soul Fine Jewelry, we want your pieces to be loved and worn for years to come. If your jewelry ever needs attention, we are here to help.
Complimentary Repairs: We offer complimentary repairs within 90 days of purchase for issues related to craftsmanship.
Beyond 90 Days: After this period, repairs (such as chain soldering, stone tightening, bead restringing, or clasp replacement) may be subject to a service fee, quoted upon inspection.
Exclusions: Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, dents, or worn prongs) is not covered under complimentary repair but can be serviced for a fee.
