To preserve your jewelry for generations:

• Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, and household chemicals.
• Remove jewelry before swimming, exercising, or sleeping.
• Store pieces individually in their jewelry pouch or box to prevent scratching.
• For gemstone beads, avoid prolonged exposure to water or harsh sunlight.
• We recommend a professional cleaning once a year. Malibu Soul offers repair, resizing, and polishing services upon request.

Delivered With Care

Each piece is made to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for production time. We offer complimentary shipping on all orders. Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Standard delivery times range from 3–7 business days after production, with express options available at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

Because each Malibu Soul piece is handmade to order, we want you to love what you receive.

Eligibility: Unworn, undamaged pieces in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for exchange or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom, personalized, or resized jewelry, as well as final sale items, are not eligible for return.

Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@malibusoulfinejewelry.com for a Return Authorization. Returns must be shipped back insured and with tracking. Malibu Soul is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
