• We recommend a professional cleaning once a year. Malibu Soul offers repair, resizing, and polishing services upon request.

Delivered With Care

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders above $200. Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Standard delivery times range from 3–7 business days, with express options available at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

Because each Malibu Soul piece is handmade to order, we want you to love what you receive.

Eligibility: Unworn, undamaged pieces in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for exchange or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom, personalized, or resized jewelry, as well as final sale items, are not eligible for return.

Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@malibusoulfinejewelry.com for a Return Authorization. Returns must be shipped back insured and with tracking. Malibu Soul is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds: Once inspected, eligible returns will be credited as store credit or exchanged. Shipping and duties are non-refundable.
